The Century Movie Theater in Downtown Redwood City is a 20 theater multi-plex in the heart of Downtown RWC. There are several good restaurants within walking distance if you saved room after eating popcorn.

The playground at Hallmark Park in Belmont, CA.  Hallmark Park is home to the College of San Mateo Cross Country trail and also has tennis courts and this play area for kids.  Hallmark Park is located in Belmont's Hallmark neighborhood near the corner of Hallmark Drive and Wakefield Drive.

The newly (well, within the past 10 or so years) renovated Belmont Caltrain Station is the site of some future improvements.  I remember when traffic on Ralston and El Camino had to stop for the train.  The overpass really helped alleviate some of the traffic to the Homeview and Sterling Downs neighborhoods.

Belmont CA's public services, both fire and law enforcement, are superior.  This firehouse, Fire Station No. 14 is located near Homeview and Sterling Downs off Ralston Ave at 911 Granada Street.

The Belmont Hardware Store, located at 940 El Camino Real in Belmont is one of Belmont's local businesses that has been providing Belmont "do it yourselfers" guidance for decades.

The Iron Gate Restaurant, located at 1360 El Camino Real, is one of Belmont's best restaurants.  All of their food is great.  I particularly love their signature potatoes.  

Belmont City Hall is located at 1 Twin Pines Ln, Belmont, CA. Nearby, you'll find Twin Pines Park, Twin Pines Senior and Community Center and the Belmont Police Department.

Ralston Middle School, located at 2675 Ralston Ave in Belmont, CA is just one of the schools that make the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District one of the best Districts in San Mateo County.  Since I attended, they've built a beautiful new gym and hired some top notch teachers and administrators.  Great Schools has ranked Ralston a 9/10.
