The newly (well, within the past 10 or so years) renovated Belmont Caltrain Station is the site of some future improvements. I remember when traffic on Ralston and El Camino had to stop for the train. The overpass really helped alleviate some of the traffic to the Homeview and Sterling Downs neighborhoods.

The Iron Gate Restaurant, located at 1360 El Camino Real, is one of Belmont's best restaurants. All of their food is great. I particularly love their signature potatoes.

Ralston Middle School, located at 2675 Ralston Ave in Belmont, CA is just one of the schools that make the Belmont-Redwood Shores School District one of the best Districts in San Mateo County. Since I attended, they've built a beautiful new gym and hired some top notch teachers and administrators. Great Schools has ranked Ralston a 9/10.
